School Progress - Digital & Storytelling Class

DIG, otherwise known as Digital class, is great! The assignments are not too big and pretty straightforward, and of course technical. I learned some new stuff about both Illustrator and Photoshop I didn't know before to make the drawing progress faster. To start off here, some older assigments, like draw an animal in Illustrator and create your own font. I've been playing around a bit, and I'm pretty happy with the font on the left.

Our latest and last assignment is to design a poster of good/evil, with the use of a raster in either Photoshop or Illustrator. I went with a very current happening, which is the mental me, my evil negative side, always pushing me down. Especially during model drawing, where I actually left class crying. That's something that never really happened to me before, and I never thought it would. Drawing it out is always a good way to deal with things they say, so voila. Good side always wins though, no worries there! :)

Lastly for today, the fives images we had to make a while back for Storytelling/Comic Design class. There's a larger story from which we had to pick a scene and draw it in 5 different materials, from 5 different angles, with 5 different designs/characters. The one in charcoal is definitely my favourite!
